Remove the pimentos from the jar and place in a mesh strainer to drain liquid. If pimentos are large, cut into smaller pieces. Set aside.
Place the cream cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until the ingredients are well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheese and mix until well combined with the other ingredients.
Fold in the pimentos with a large spoon or spatula.
Place the pimento cheese mixture in an airtight container. Refrigerate if not making the sliders within an hour.
TO ASSEMBLE THE SLIDERS
Heat the pulled pork until it is warm. Spread about 1 teaspoon of pimento cheese on the bottom of the slider bun. Place about a heaping Tablespoon of the pork on it. (Add a little BBQ sauce if using it). Top with about 2 teaspoons of pimento cheese. (Add pickle slices if using). Add the top bun. Warm until cheese is melted.
Warm the slider to melt the pimento cheese. Heat in microwave about 12-15 seconds. May also place the sliders in a pan, cover with foil, and set on the grill or in the oven until the pimento cheese is melted. Heat in a 300-degree F oven for about 10 minutes.
