1unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
2large eggs
1/2cupall purpose flour
1/2cupsugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
3/4cupbuttersoftened
1cupNestle Toll House semi sweet chocolate chipsI used milk choc
1cupchopped nuts
whipped cream or ice creamoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl on high speed of mixer until foamy. Beat in the flour, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in the butter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spoon into the pie shell.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted between outside edge and center of pie comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Serve warm. Cut into 8 slices.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
