Ingredients
1 1/2cupschicken broth
1/2cupcelery, chopped
1/2cuponions, chopped
2cupsstuffing mix (from box or bag)
2(12oz)jars turkey gravy
1(10.5oz)can cream of chicken soup
4slicesdeli cut turkey (#4 or #5) thickness
Instructions
Place chicken broth into a medium size saucepan. Add the celery and onions and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in the stuffing mix and remove from the stovetop to cool.
Whisk together the jars of gravy and the can of soup. Add 2 Tablespoons of the gravy to the stuffing and toss lightly to combine.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x11 or 9x13 baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
Lay a slice of the turkey out on a flat surface, Place 1/2 cup of the stuffing onto the turkey. (You can place it all at one end or spread it over the entire slice of meat) Carefully roll the turkey up and place it seam side down in the baking dish.
Continue making the other 3 rolls. If you have extra stuffing, you can place it in the pan or stuff a little more in the end of the rolls.
Pour the gravy over the rolls to cover them well. You may also save some of the gravy back to serve on the side.
Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with no stick cooking spray and cover the dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the gravy bubbles and is warm. Serve warm. Excellent with mashed potatoes, green vegetable, and hot rolls.
