Turkey and Stuffing Rolls is a quick and easy meal that my mother fixed frequently when I was growing up. Slices of deli turkey filled with stuffing, rolled up, covered with gravy and baked until hot and bubbly.

This recipe was made using thick slices of turkey from the deli, but you can also use leftover turkey.I had actually forgotten about this recipe and was thinking of inexpensive meals that I use to fix. My husband and I raised a large family and the kids always like this dish. Now, since we are empty nesters, I can fix this using less ingredients and still have a great meal.

WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE FOR TURKEY AND STUFFING ROLLS:
- It is so quick and easy to make and only uses a few ingredients.
- This is so full of flavor, and a perfect comfort food.
- I like it because you can make the number of rolls you need. As empty nesters now, I make 4 and have leftovers for the next day. If my family will be there, I usually make double or triple the amount.
- They can be assembled a day ahead of time and baked when needed.
HELPFUL TIPS AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Can I use leftover turkey instead of from a deli?
YES! This is another great recipe for leftover turkey. You can slice your leftover turkey to your desired thickness or use what you already have. Any thickness actually works. If I am purchasing it from the deli, I get a 4 or 5 thickness cut.
What flavor of stuffing is the best?
Sometimes I use the Stove Top boxes and other times I use Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix from a bag. You can use your favorite flavor, mine is the savory herb.
How do I store the leftovers?
Place the leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

- Continue making the other 3 rolls. If you have extra stuffing, you can place it in the pan or stuff a little more in the end of the rolls.
- Pour the gravy over the rolls to cover them well. You may also save some of the gravy back to serve on the side.
- Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with no stick cooking spray and cover the dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the gravy bubbles and is warm. Serve warm. Excellent with mashed potatoes, green vegetable, and hot rolls.
