Peanut Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

I originally created these cookies when I was going through my pantry and found some leftover chocolate chips and toffee bits. With a big jar of peanut butter sitting nearby, the combination came together almost instantly. The result was a cookie with big flavor—and a name to match!

My husband sampled one while they were cooling and declared them the best peanut butter cookie he had ever tasted. That was all the encouragement I needed!
