Sharing this Taco Dip with Meat recipe that I have been making since the 1970’s.

Taco Dip with Meat , a crowd pleasing dip consists of layers of refried beans, seasoned beef, Rotel, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and topped with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.  Serve with Scoops, Tostitos, or tortilla chips.

In my early days of marriage and entertaining, I had a few appetizer recipes that I served at any gathering. This Taco Dip with Meat was one of these recipes.
