Sharing some simple and thoughtful ideas for hosting this ladies luncheon.

A few weeks ago, two of my daughters and I completed a Bible study together. We decided to gather at my house to talk through the final session, and I wanted to make the afternoon feel a little extra special. Since both of my daughters eat gluten free, I planned a simple luncheon that was both easy to prepare and enjoyable for everyone.

This was not a fancy or time-consuming meal, but it turned out to be such a meaningful time together.

Final Thoughts

You don’t need an elaborate menu to create a memorable afternoon. A simple table, a few thoughtful dishes, and meaningful conversation can turn any gathering into something truly special.

Appetizers
Ham pinwheels with cream cheese, Cheese cubes, Crustless mini quiche bites, fresh fruit tray with strawberry cream cheese dip.

Main course was grilled chicken salad, baked potatoes,
and homemade chicken salad.

Desserts … I baked a gluten free cake, cut it into
small cubes and prepared a dessert in a jar.  It was layers of
cake, vanilla pudding, strawberries, blueberries, and whipped topping.

We also had a layered banana pudding parfait.
