LOADED BAKED POTATO SOUP

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Loaded Baked Potato Soup, a pot full of potatoes, ham, cheese, bacon and veggies.

Loaded Baked Potato Soup is one of my favorite soups to make when the weather turns cool. It is rich, creamy, and hearty, with all the comforting flavors of a loaded baked potato in every bowl.

This isn’t just a simple potato soup. Baked potatoes are combined with crisp bacon, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and a flavorful mixture of vegetables. I also add a little jalapeño for a subtle kick that complements the creamy soup without overpowering it.

Top each bowl with bacon, shredded cheddar, sour cream, and green onions for the full loaded baked potato experience. Continue reading LOADED BAKED POTATO SOUP
