Strawberry Mascarpone Pretzel Salad in a Jar is a variation to the reto Strawberry Pretzel Salad that has been popular since the 1960’s. This dessert was at any covered dish event we ever went to. It is perfect for summer because it is colorful, refreshing, and so delicious.  Created in a jar with a lid makes it portable, it can be placed in a cooler on ice, and individual servings of any dessert are always a big hit.

Meyer lemon whipped pudding, blueberries, and mascarpone cheese in a jar is the perfect summertime dessert.

This Meyer Lemon dessert just screams summertime dessert.

A dessert that consists of layers of graham cracker pie crumbs, with sweetened mascarpone cheese, fresh blueberries, and a creamy, tart, meyer lemon whipped pudding as the finale.

The different flavors and textures make it a very unique dessert,
and prepared in a jar, to add to the feel of summer.

Remember the Nestle Toll House Pie?   This is one of those retro desserts that always showed up at a covered dish dinner.

This Toll House Pie is a delicious and easy to make retro dessert.
